Please make sure that the pick-up address you enter is correct. Delivery of your order will take place within 2-7 working days from the confirmation of the order. The shipment of products purchased online is done with the cooperation of ACS Courier and you can search for your shipment online.

Free shipping throughout Greece for purchases over €50.00

Free shipping goes into effect when the customer has completed an amount of less than €50. More specifically, if a customer has purchased products over €50 and has received his products at his place completely free of charge, if he decides to return some products along the way and the amount falls below €50 then he will have to charge the initial shipping that is deductible, depending on the product.

For orders under €50.00 the cost is as follows: 

Shipping/cash on delivery:
The cost of shipping and payment of your order by cash on delivery is €5.00.

Shipping with prepaid:
In case the payment of the order has been preceded either by card or by bank transaction, the shipping cost amounts to €3.50

Hard-to-reach areas:
The shipping cost to hard-to-reach / remote areas is 15,00€
The cost in case of inaccessible shipment with cash on delivery amounts to €16.50

If your order is confirmed daily (except Saturday and Sunday) before 14.00 and the products are immediately available, then they are shipped the same day or the next working day and are delivered to your place usually within the next 24-48 hours as long as the products are always available. (from Monday to Friday and with the exception of remote and island areas where there may be a delay).

Note: The above deadlines do not apply in periods of extreme weather events or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport times.
