The products offered by the Company are durable goods that carry all necessary certifications for safe operation. Instructions for use are provided with the products (except for products that are simple to use) in the Greek language.
Return Policy

To highlight the benefits of online shopping, we’ve outlined the terms and conditions for returning products, whether defective or not, below.
Product Returns Due to Wrong Delivery
In all cases where products are delivered that differ from those sold, either in type or quantity, or where a certain agreed property is missing which had been previously agreed in writing with the Company, the customer shall return the products for inspection and verification of the error. In such cases, the cost of returning the products to the Company, as well as the cost of re-shipping them to the customer, shall be borne by the Company, provided that the return is carried out in the manner recommended by the Company.
Defective Product Returns
Should an item be found to have a manufacturing defect, once confirmed, or if the company itself provides a direct warranty for proper operation, the following terms apply:
• The product being returned for replacement must include all accompanying documents (e.g., Delivery Note, Retail Receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging.
• Product returns will be carried out either by the company’s staff and transport or via courier.
In cases of return via courier, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to the COMPANY, and the COMPANY is responsible for the shipping costs of the replaced or repaired product.
• After the products are returned, the defect reported by the customer will be inspected, and the customer will then be contacted to be informed about the inspection results.
• Once the defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced. Otherwise, the transaction will be canceled if the product cannot be repaired within a reasonable time and the company cannot find another product of equivalent or better characteristics or equivalent value for replacement. In case of transaction cancellation, the refund of the original purchase amount will be made using the same method as the customer’s initial payment to the company.
• Specifically, in the case of a credit card charge, the company will be obliged to inform the issuing Bank about the cancellation of the transaction, and the bank will then proceed with all actions stipulated in the agreement it has made with the customer, without further liability on the part of the company. Following this notification, the company bears no responsibility for the timing and method of the reversal, which is governed by the aforementioned agreement. In case of payment by bank transfer, a reverse bank transfer will be made from the company’s accounts to the customer.
• If products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online store reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally and without further notice offset this claim fully or partially against the customer.
Returns of products deemed Dead On Arrival (DOA)
Returns of products deemed Dead On Arrival (DOA) will be accepted within seven (7) calendar days from their delivery to the customer. At the same time, the product must not be damaged and must include all original documents that accompanied it (e.g., Delivery Note, Retail Receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging. In these cases, the following apply:
• The product is received and inspected to verify the defect reported by the CUSTOMER.
• Provided that these have been previously received and inspected by the company, the item will be replaced with an identical new one, or if unavailable, with another new product of equivalent quality and price. Otherwise, if the customer does not wish for a replacement, a refund of the original purchase amount will be issued to the customer. The refund will be made using the same method as the customer’s initial payment to the company.
• Specifically, in the case of a credit card charge, the company will be obliged to inform the issuing Bank about the cancellation of the transaction, and the bank will then proceed with all actions stipulated in the agreement it has made with the customer, without further liability on the part of the company. Following this notification, the company bears no responsibility for the timing and method of the reversal, which is governed by the aforementioned agreement. In the case of cash payment, if the customer had chosen the “store pickup” option, the refund will be made to them from any store within the company’s network. In case of payment by bank transfer, a reverse bank transfer will be made from the company’s accounts to the customer.
• Shipping costs for both the return of products to the company and the re-forwarding of the replaced product to the CUSTOMER are borne by the company.
• If products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally and without further notice offset this claim fully or partially against the customer.
• In the case of air conditioning units, a visit from a technician of the supplier company’s authorized service center and a written certification of the device’s fault diagnosis are required for the product to be considered defective upon delivery (DOA).
Return of non-defective products – Right of unjustified withdrawal by the customer
The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the service provision contract (when such a contract is involved), or from delivery (when it concerns products), and specifically, when there are multiple products in the same order, from the delivery of the last product, while when there is an obligation to deliver products at regular intervals, from the delivery of the first product. Withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
• This withdrawal is unjustified and without any charge, and if the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the product in the exact condition it was received, with all its accessories, accompanying documents, and its packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid all amounts incurred by the company for shipping the item to them and the shipping costs for returning the item.
• The declaration of withdrawal must be submitted in writing or electronically, and the company is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal declaration as soon as it receives it.
• Following the declaration of withdrawal, the company is obliged to refund the price received within 14 days of receiving the products.
• Delivery shipping costs are not refunded if the customer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the company.
• The refund to the customer will be made using the same method as the original payment. Specifically, in the case of a credit card charge: if the price has been paid to the company by the Bank by the time of withdrawal and return of the item, the company will be obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction, and the bank will proceed with all actions stipulated in the agreement it has made with the customer. Following this notification, the company bears no responsibility for the timing and method of the reversal, which is governed by the aforementioned agreement. In case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will also be made by bank transfer to the same customer account.
• The customer is liable to compensate the company if they used the goods in a way other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and function during the period until the declaration of withdrawal. The ascertainment of the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods must be based on the information provided on the external packaging of each product, as well as the supplementary information provided by the company, and in any case, without opening the product packaging or putting the good into operation. The company is willing to inform the customer about any questions regarding the nature and function of the products by providing additional informational material electronically or otherwise. If the packaging is opened or the products are put into operation, their value automatically decreases as the product is characterized as used, and the customer must compensate the company for the reduction in the product’s value. The reduction in value due to opening the packaging and consequently characterizing the product as used is examined on a case-by-case basis and determined by the company, usually ranging from 20%-30%. The company is entitled to agree with the customer on its compensation, even through mutual offset.
• If the withdrawal concerns the provision of services, the customer must pay an amount proportionate to the services provided until the declaration of withdrawal.
• If products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally and without further notice offset this claim fully or partially against the customer.
Exceptions to withdrawal
Withdrawal is not applicable to:
• service contracts after the full provision of the service, if the performance began with the customer’s prior express consent and with their acknowledgment that they would lose their right of withdrawal once the contract is fully executed by the supplier.
• products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items (including, but not limited to, shoe insoles, leather care products, etc.).
• the supply of goods manufactured to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
